Our Team
Burr has been working in the building trades for over 30 years, the last 20 as a general contractor. Verde existed originally in his native New England primarily on the Island of Nantucket, where he lived for 20 years. A success as a design and build firm, it remains a strong presence. Drawn to California by the Pacific design aesthetic, natural beauty, and vibrant lifestyle, he excites in the possibilities. He has a strong background in zoning and participation on non-profit boards. He is a LEED accredited professional, the nation’s premier green building credential, he continues to advocate for sustainable and best building practice.
Ryan grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and started his building career on Nantucket Island in 2001. He has worked on both residential and commercial projects in Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, and most recently in Los Angeles. His work on historical properties in these cities, in addition to his travels overseas, have helped cultivate a deep appreciation and passion for materials, building and form.
